Timetable

Conferences will begin at 9 a.m. on Monday the 9th of June and end at 12 p.m. on Friday the 13th of June.

In order to give enough free time to the participants, half of the presentations are oral, and half poster (this choice will not appear in the proceedings). All the participants are kindly suggested to bring special beverages or cakes to be benchmarked during the poster sessions.

Poster sessions: the posters may be put up at lunch time before the session and should be taken down before lunch of the next day.

Oral presentations: PDF files for the presentation can be downloaded by the organizers until June, 5th at any address sent by the participants; otherwise, USBkeys can also be given to the organizers before 8:30 for a morning presentation, 12:30 for an afternoon presentation (we kindly ask to the participants to strictly respect this organization).
Each oral presentation will be allowed twenty minutes, including a five-minute period for questions and answers.

Special evening on Wednesday: "musical discussion". Attendants are encouraged to participate (please bring your own instrument, music scores, etc.).

Free time: Small working rooms will be available. Mountain shoes and backpacks are available for renting in Centre Paul Langevin.
