1) I have not completed my doctorate and it is less than four years since I obtained the diploma giving me access to doctoral studies.

2) I have obtained my doctorate and it is less than ten years since I  obtained the diploma giving me access to doctoral studies.

Whether you need funding for
(a) living expenses
(b) travel ---if so an estimate of how much would be useful.
